The waitress was very friendly. The food was great. I had the sirloin and the shrimp. Just right. You need to try it. The prices arn't bad either.

Definitely a top seed for breakfast spots. Sunday brunch is crowded, but they get you seated quickly, and food comes out quickly and is consistently good. (I've come here several weeks, my eggs benedict has been consistently cooked properly.) Owners are present, involved, and focused on quality control and customer satisfaction. There are seating accommodations for large groups, booths for smaller groups, and a bar that seats 15+. Wait staff have always been polite and attentive. The restaurant is kept spotlessly clean. They also serve wine and beer, so operation Mimosa is a go. This has all but replaced my regular Sunday brunch spot. Seeing the effort they put into breakfast, I'd feel confident coming here to eat any time. Enjoy!

The best food as always!

Eggs Benedict aren't poached. I mean it was good as Sunny side up but because of that it wasn't as running as it should be. As poach eggs should be. Overall ok for the area but Metro Diner is still better.

I waited 35 minutes for B&E, home fries & coffee. Place was busy but not jammed. When I finally got served, the food was luke warm. I've eaten here before and it's always good, but not last week.

We went for a quick bite to eat at the new diner. We are lovers of Romanos other restaurant (next door)so we were excited to check it out. The place is very clean and nicely decorated. I ordered an egg, cheese and crispy bacon sandwich on whole wheat toast. It was delicious!! David ordered a BLT and cucumber salad. He was very pleased! Olivia was our server who is one of the best!!! This area of town needed a diner and they are doing a wonderful job!! We wish them luck!! Holly & David

Excellent place to grab a great breakfast and just relax! The staff is polite, friendly and never rushing you! I recommend stopping in for some food food cooked the way you ask.

Shrimp salad sandwich was fresh and simply tasty! Collard greens cooked perfectly.

What a gem! Breakfast served all day. Have had several meals here, including crispy fried pork, fried shrimp, chicken with biscuits and gravy and eggs Benedict. Everything was hot, fresh and delicious. Portions are very large. Wait staff are always very engaging. My only complaint is they're not open for dinner!!

Had fish (fried flounder) and grits and companion had veggie omelet, both were excellent. Fish was very fresh, perfectly breaded and fried to perfection. Also, cornbread is really good with a new twist, pieces of a mild white cheese mixed in. Service was friendly and fast and prices are very fair and affordable.

Home style food with excellent service. Food takes a bit to get to the table, but totally worth the wait.. you can tell everything is prepared fresh.. laid back vibe and they make you feel like a regular even if it's your first visit.

Delicious food great place to eat.

We showed up as a group of seven on a busy Sunday morning. We waited for them to put some tables together, which was no problem. However, my wife overheard the waitress complaining to the hostess about serving our group. Well "F" us, right? This set the mood from the start. Our drink were ordered and served. Ok. Food orders taken. Fine. It took about an hour to get our simple meals. I'm not going to get into everyone's plate or issue other than there's just no flavor. My chicken and waffle plate, dry and flavorless. The waitress came back to give us a check. Nice. My two stars is for the water with lemon that I had.

This diner is awesome. Service was quick, friendly and very informed of their specials. The food was excellent and boy was there plenty to eat. I LOVE LOVE LOVE crispy bacon and theirs was perfect. First place I have found in Florida that actually puts powered sugar on their french toast. Phil has some great ideas about his food and does a great job with executing those ideas. The atmosphere is clean, neat, all about St. Augustine, and makes you want to come back again and again and again.... Great job team Diner....

A Gem of a diner! This diner opened fairly recently and has something for everyone! The menu is simple, but with enough variation to please any palette. The servers are pleasant and cheerful. The food is very good and the place is clean. Nice!

The Moultrie Creek Diner is a new, friendly place to eat breakfast and lunch in St. Augustine. The service is good, the food is delicious, and the premises are kept spotless! The menu has nice, varied choices, including egg dishes, waffles, french toast, sandwiches, burgers, soups, and salads. I highly recommend this place!

They forgot my bacon and my grits tasted like dishwater. I hope this was a 1 time incident. To be fair. I will go back here again and see if they can do better

Always great food and service

It took almost a half hour to get my breakfast which consisted of B&E home fries and whole w h.g eat toast. It wasn't that busy in there. When I finally got it it was like warm. I've had better breakfast's there. But I hate to wait for luke warm food. Come on guys!

We love this place. The wait staff is SOOO friendly and attentive and the food is great. Diner style food and super affordable. You MUST order the breakfast potatoes (extra crispy) the ham is delish and their biscuits are the lightest I've ever had. I've literally eaten here at least once a week for the past year and have yet to get food that wasn't scrumptious. They have specials and for the frisky even have mimosas and such. Love love love.

Excellent little dinner, is South St. Augustine. Friendly staff, large portions of good cheap food. This is easily a new breakfast place. Serves both lunch and dinner from 6:30 to 3. Personal favorite is the breakfast bowl with eggs grits and bacon. It's always hard to find a place with good grits and this place takes the biscuit for morning food.

It's nice but not my favorite place to go. When you order food they are not too happy if you have special requests and unfortunately I have diet restrictions. I am sure they can work on this because otherwise it's a cute little space.

A great place for breakfast! They just need a better sign on the building because I've driven by it hundreds of times and didn't know it was there! (Next to Romano's on 1)

Very enjoyable. Kids loved the waffles and the chicken biscuit and gravy was yum! Very nice and friendly staff.

We understand this is a new business. We do not live in the area. Service is fine and friendly. Kitchen is severely undersized for the number of tables therefore we waited almost an hour for breakfast for 3. Waaaaay too long. We would eat here again, just not on a Sunday morning.

This place was awesome. I didn't have to add anything to the food to make it good. I've been a little disappointed in the breakfast place options here in St Augustine and so my expectations weren't that high but I was pleasantly surprised. I saw some of the other dishes coming out and they looked great. Can't wait to go back and try them.
